✅ The verification process requires guests to provide their contact information, a valid ID, and an $800 hold authorization for the security deposit. 🪪💳

If no damage is found, the hold will be released after your departure.

🔇 NOISE AND NEIGHBORHOOD

Please respect quiet hours after 10 PM. Excessive noise or nighttime disturbances may result in the full retention of the deposit.

Any overnight visitors must be approved in advance at the time of booking and are subject to additional fees.

🔧 DAMAGE AND BREAKAGE

Please promptly report any damage or breakage to the manager.
🪑 - Do not move furniture between rooms without permission.

⚖️ COMPLIANCE

The owner/manager may terminate the occupancy and expel guests/visitors for non-compliance with the rules or disturbances to the neighborhood.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please respect the following rules:
