This cottage in Amherst offers easy access to a host of activities, while allowing you to recharge your batteries in a calm and natural setting. Whether you're here to explore, relax, or reconnect with nature, it's the perfect place to create lasting memories.

As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.

Guests are responsible for taking their waste to the designated disposal center; none of the cabins on site have garbage or recycling bins. Fees may apply if this is not done.

Please note that the person responsible for the reservation must be at least 25 years old.

✅ IMPORTANT

• All guests must complete a pre-registration form through an Enso Connect link to our online Guest Guide, which will be sent after your reservation is confirmed.

• As part of the verification process, the booking guest must provide their contact information, a valid government-issued ID, and authorize an $800 security deposit hold.

Security Deposit

• A refundable $800 security deposit is required to cover any potential damages.

• If no damages are reported, the hold will be released after your departure.

• Processing times may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.

Important House Rules

🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $250 fee will apply for violations.

🔇 Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

🚪 Visitors are only permitted with prior approval.

• Please report any damage or breakage to the property manager as soon as possible.

• The owner/property manager reserves the right to terminate your stay if these house rules are not respected.
