🛡️ We understand that accidents can happen. To provide you with peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options to protect both you and the property:

1️⃣ Damage Waiver
💵 For a small, one-time fee, our Damage Waiver covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear throughout your stay. It provides up to $85 in coverage.
ℹ️ Please note: The Damage Waiver is non-refundable. Be sure to report any damages before checkout.

2️⃣ Safety Deposit
🔐 Alternatively, you may choose to pay a refundable Safety Deposit of $800. If no damage is identified after your stay, the hold will be released.
⏳ Processing may take up to 14 days, depending on your credit card provider.

👥 – Strict monitoring of the number of occupants is applied and the tranquility of the premises must be respected at all times.
💵 A penalty of $125+tx per night per additional person will be retained.

🐾 – We accept pets (max. 2 per rental) with a $100 hypoallergenic cleaning fee.
✅ All our chalets are guaranteed allergy-free.
💳 For a smoother process, we encourage you to complete the pet fee payment through Enso Connect before your arrival.

🔇 – Please note that it is important to keep calm and respect the neighborhood after 10 p.m.
⚠️ We will not hesitate to withhold the entire security deposit in the event of excessive noise and/or nocturnal uproar.

🕓 – Arrival is after 4 p.m., departure is before 11 a.m.

Excessive noise is not allowed either inside or outside.

🚿 It is compulsory to take a shower and avoid using moisturizing creams before using the spa.
♨️ The spa is available year-round.

🚭 Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited inside the chalet.

🐶 Animals:
Pets are accepted for $100 / stay (max 2).
No more than 2 animals allowed.

📺 TV:
The chalet is equipped with a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.
No cable TV provided.

🔥 Firewood:
An outdoor firewood rack is available.
🪵 Six logs are provided free per stay.
